Enjoy a restorative balance of sound bath vibrational meditation and gentle yin yoga postures to balance your mind, body and spirit... like hitting your monthly "RESET" button.
Not familiar with Sound Bath? Sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations as made from crystal and metal singing bowls, cymbols and voice. The sound waves are said to reduce blood pressure as well as improve memory and sleep. Science has shown it can also reduce anxiety and enhange your mood.
While Jordan guides you on your sound bath journey, Jessica Hope will guide you through very gentle relaxing yin yoga postures for a well-rounded complete experience.
After class stay, ask questions, get to know us and socialize. One beverage included with ticket.
A portion of the proceeds will go to a local nonprofit of the Sugar Maple's choice.
