MKE Goat Yoga™ 2025 season officially starts April 26!

We are thrilled to bring you our sixth year of MKE Goat Yoga™!
Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Social™ with their baby dwarf goats to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable little goats.
Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure to be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... and we'll even help you achieve those photo worthy poses!
We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus just to name a few, but why add the goats?
Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood.... and baby goats are really damn cute!

Join us for this series of abbreviated 30-minute sessions of Outdoor Baby Goat Yoga for 'ROCK THE GREEN' Earth Day clean-up at the Harley Museum!
Open to the public but registration is required.
Each session includes 20 minutes of super chill, sure-to-be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 10 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒆'𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐-𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒔!

In the event of poor weather, outdoor sessions will be moved indoors when possible. Refunds are only issued in case of cancellation due to class size restrictions.
